When your vehicle is in need of repair you want to know exactly where you stand financially and how long your vehicle will be off the road. Our open-book communication policy is there to help ensure that you can get the answers to all your important questions, when you need them.

Keeping You in the Picture

Here are the key elements of our accident repair information service:

  • Confirmation of estimated repair time
  • Prompt personalised updates on the progress of your accident repair, should any unavoidable delay (for example parts availability) occur

As soon as repairs to your vehicle have been authorised to go ahead, we will order any necessary parts from the relevant parts distributors. At this stage we can also schedule your work start date. If your vehicle can still be driven safely in the meantime, we'll advise you of your booking-in date, based on the anticipated parts delivery times. (If not, we will keep your vehicle safe and secure on site.) Should there be any unforeseen delay in obtaining parts from the manufacturer, we will let you know and arrange another booking-in date.
